The business organization is designed to generate profits, particularly for entrepreneurs of various economic levels. However, G30 Infra has a unique purpose.
The creation of this company was heavily influenced by social relationships and friendships. The top workers in the South India region did excellent work during their term and gained many friends. However, as they grew older and retired from their duties, these close friends slowly drifted apart. All the retiring friends shared the same question: “When will we meet again?”
The answer to this perplexing question is the G30 Infra.
During the wedding of a friend’s daughter from Pondicherry in 2015, Narsinghbhai Jabwani met with Jitendra Jadwani, Kantibhai Jadwani, and Rameshbhai Chabhaiya, who were friends of DBR. During their conversation, they reminisced about old times and expressed the desire for friends to meet more often. This led to the formation of G30 Infra. The team at Shuddha Sanat is a dynamic one.
Some friends drove from Dindigul to Kodaikanal by car to inspect the site for organizing DBR’s “Ek Dooje Ke Liye” program.
As they climbed the hill, Sanat’s friends resumed their discussions. Once they had decided on the venue for the program and began their descent, the more organized friends were encouraged to join a professional organization via phone, resulting in 30 of Sanat’s friends joining. By the time they reached the foothills of Kodaikanal, Sanat’s organization had been established.
The Association of Like-minded Friends held its first meeting at Saravana Bhawan Hotel in Crompett, near Chennai, with the venue being fixed in advance. The group consisted of 30 friends who unanimously decided to name their company “G30 Infra”. During the meeting, five more friends expressed their interest in joining the group, bringing the total number of members to 35. The group discussed the company’s operations and decided that each member would deposit a certain amount in the company, which would then be given to one or two people at an interest rate. This would enable the group to meet every six months and achieve their purpose.
A group of 35 businessmen, who follow the Sanat ideology, expressed their opinion that if the influence of heathenism increases in society, this organization will unite with other Sanat friends to face the challenge. This was noted as a major agenda of the professional group. Additionally, it was decided that the company would provide necessary support to social causes wherever there is an economic or practical need. Whether it is a health fund, education fund or group marriage in South Indian society, the members of this group are committed to contributing their support.
The company’s office was located in Chennai. Jeetendra Jadwani, a resident of Ravapar-Nawavas, Cuddalore, started investing in real estate on a small scale and achieved success with a few ventures. His friends became enthusiastic and started inviting other friends for weddings and other events. The company informally became like a family, with the next generation joining and new relationships being formed. The company decided to give a gift to the partner’s daughter at her wedding and all friends were obliged to attend any auspicious occasion.
The company formed two main teams to achieve its set goals. The first team focuses on making decisions regarding land purchases and sales, while the other team is responsible for raising necessary economic funds. Additionally, a banking and accounting audit team was established to support these teams. As of now, the company is already two steps ahead of its set goals, and the team members have complete faith in each other’s abilities for the success of the company.
During the executive meeting of the Central Samaj in Bangalore, the Sanat centenary festival logo was unveiled and the group made a significant contribution of 21 lakhs and 15 thousand rupees towards the Sri Samaj. This contribution helped to establish the Central Samaj as a credible and active Sanat organization.
