27. Findings

251.  Causes of Communal Degradation: The main reason behind the decline of the communitywas that it could not save its religion. They did not recognize the attack of “Ideological Subversion” on him. Instead of resisting135 it, they cooperated with it. Therefore, it is necessary to understand how/society can be saved from the “destruction of ideology”. The opinion of the experts on this, which was found, is given below.

252.  Reversing the spread of despair: Self-restraint comes in most handy when the “destruction of ideology” begins to strike. It is the work of religion to teach self-restraint. Religion teaches us that material values136 are good, but they are not the ultimate goal of human life. The aim of life is not only to enjoy material happiness, it is something higher than that.

It is impossible to prove the value of life, but there are millions who would die for freedom, comfort, money, and other things that they consider to be equivalent to religion and God. For them, it is an honor.

253.  Society: A society should be strong, courageous, and watchful to prevent unfamiliar ideas from entering it. If this is achieved, the processes mentioned in the “Destruction of Ideology” would come to a halt right away..

254.  Keep society connected with religion: Maintain a strong connection between society and religion. Religion may not be tangible like food, objects, or clothing, but it plays a crucial role in keeping society organized, functioning, and safe.

255.  Detachment: History says that the civilizations that lost their religion got separated from this earth. Mohenjo-Daro, Egypt137, Babylon, etc. are all examples of this.

256.  Disintegration (fragmentation) of society: Modern technology and computers alone cannot prevent society from falling apart and eventually facing catastrophe. However, religion has the potential to save society, even though it may not always be something that can be scientifically proven.

Have you ever come across someone willing to sacrifice their life to prove that 2 x 2 = 4, simply because it’s the truth? The answer is likely no. However, there are millions of individuals who would be willing to give up their lives for concepts like freedom, comfort, wealth, and everything associated with religion and God. For them, it’s a matter of honor. Religion, which isn’t a tangible entity, still plays a crucial role in society, providing guidance for life. This perspective might resonate with many.

If we were to make 2 x 2 = 4 the sole guiding principle of our lives, we would face a bleak future. Even though this equation represents a simple truth, it’s vastly different from the concept of God, which can’t be proven through empirical evidence. Instead, belief in God is based on personal experiences and faith. Therefore, the ultimate purpose of life should be centered around religion, which encompasses much more than mathematical certainties.

257.  Don’t give up religion: To safeguard society, one must never abandon religion. Moreover, it’s essential to preserve the purity of religion and avoid embracing a corrupted version. This principle is emphasized in the scriptures, where it is stated that:

Dharma protects and is protected

Religions Protected:  #PENDING#

–   Mahabharata, Vanaparva, Chapter 313/128

–   Manusmriti 8.15

Importance of religion

Meaning: By protecting religion, the protector is protected.
