1. Background to Part 1: There are two (2) major aspects of history. Unless both aspects are properly studied, a true understanding of history is incomplete. The two aspects are;
1.1. Historical events
1.2. An assessment of history
2. Historical events: You must have an understanding of which events are called historical events. Examples of historical events include on which date an institution was established?, a temple was constructed, a person was born, a meeting was held, etc.
3. Assessment of history: Assessment is the process of creating a historical picture by connecting various points of historical events with logical lines. The completeness and detail of the picture reflect the extent of events covered and the various aspects involved in them, providing an insight into the past and future of society. The role of good intellectuals in this process is vital, as it greatly influences the understanding and knowledge gained from history. Although the assessment of history is based on historical events, its significance is paramount.
4. About the book: There are numerous books and documents that record historical events, but the Volume 1. of this book stands out as the first to comprehensively study these events, provide an assessment of them, extract messages and teachings from them, and present a detailed account of the efforts of Gharwapsi in Sanatan Dharma. Additionally, the book presents the history in a clear and concise manner, covering the events of the past 550 years.
5. Presentation of History: The book covers the Gharwapsi struggle events that took place over the past 550 years, as mentioned earlier. There is no need to rewrite these events as they are already included in the book. However, we will assess these events in detail in a way that is easy for a layperson to understand. We have divided the assessment into sections called Praharo.
